Any and all questions or issues regarding your payment card or cardholder account should be directed to the bank or financial institution that issued your card, and not to Credit Card Focus. While Credit Card Focus likewise has a relationship with your bank or financial institution, that relationship does not pertain to individual cardholders or payment card accounts.

The Credit Card Focus Site is operated by Credit Card Focus and its affiliates, and not the various financial institutions that issue payment cards. None of the terms of any agreement between a cardholder and the bank or financial institution that issued such card has any effect on, or relationship with or to, these Terms of Use.

Should any part or provision of these Terms of Use be held unlawful, void, invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be deemed severable from these Terms of Use and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

These Terms of Use constitute the only terms between Credit Card Focus and you.
