Security Made Simple

Innovative Card Technologies (ICT) has invented a smarter card. The ICT DisplayCard can do anything that a payment, building access or ID card can do, AND it provides the authentication of a token – all packed into an ISO-compliant, self-powered card. How did they do it? InCard has embedded an operating system into the card – the press of a button on the card activates a battery, circuit, and chip, which sends an algorithm-generated passcode to an embedded display. Each time the button is pressed, another passcode is generated. This passcode is good for only one use during a limited time, thus proving possession of the card and guarding against electronic fraud.

In order to best serve the needs of their customers, InCard offers the ICT DisplayCard as three products (ICT Payment Card, ICT Key Card and ICT Token) with three separate functions.

Each ICT DisplayCard shares these features:

Embedded display generates one-time password (OTP) at push of a button
OTP generated with OATH or custom algorithm
Person must have physical card to generate OTP
Card artwork tailored to customer request
Environmentally safe to throw away

ICT Payment Card:

Built to tackle the e-fraud epidemic, InCard has integrated the one-time password technology of a token directly into a fully functional payment card. Use the ICT Payment Card just like any other credit or debit card – the passcode is in your wallet and at your fingertips every time you use it.

When used with password or PIN, dual-factor authentication as defined by FFIEC[SE1]
Passcode can be used to secure online banking login
Authenticates card-not-present transactions, such as Internet and phone purchases

ICT Key Card:

Combine building access, a passcode generator, and a photo ID card, and you have ICT Key Card, InCard’s solution to securing access to sensitive data and to workplaces themselves. Physical access information can be stored and transmitted by either RFID or magnetic stripe. Once inside, the cardholder can then press the small button on the InKey card to generate a one-time password to allow access to data systems.

Why carry a bulky token when you could be carrying a wafer-thin card? ICT Token provides the authentication technology of a token in a card that easily slips into a wallet or pocket.
