Credit Card Focus provides access to banks and other financial institutions that issue cards and service cardholder accounts. We do not issue cards directly. For information about your credit card account, you will need to contact your card issuer directly. You will find its contact information on the back of your credit card and/or on your billing statement. Or you can visit the issuer's Web site to manage your account online.

Lost or Stolen Credit Cards

Immediately call the card issuer when you suspect a credit or charge card has been lost or stolen. Many companies have toll-free numbers and 24-hour service to deal with such emergencies. Click here.

By federal law, once you report the loss or theft of a card, you have no further responsibility for unauthorized charges. In any event, your maximum liability under federal law is $50 per card.
